How to deposit funds
- Log In to Your Account

- Enter your username and password to log in.
- Access the Deposits Section
- Once logged in, locate the “Deposits” button on the platform. It is usually found in the top right corner.
- Click on this button to open the deposit options.
- Explore Payment Options
- Examine the various deposit methods available to you:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Use a major credit or debit card for an immediate deposit.
- Cryptocurrencies: Use a crypto wallet to scan a QR code provided by Excent Capital, enabling a direct transfer of funds without needing to disclose your personal crypto wallet address.
- Bank Transfers:
- Equals Money: Directly transfer funds from your local bank to Excent Capital’s custodian bank in London, UK.
- Local Payment Partners: Use trusted local payment agents for easier local transactions, especially if international transfers are unfamiliar.
- Examine the various deposit methods available to you:
- Choose Your Deposit Method
- Consider factors like transaction speed, fees, and your own preferences.
- Select the payment method that best suits your needs.
- Enter Deposit Amount and Provide Required Information
- Type in the amount you want to deposit, keeping in mind the minimum requirement of 50 USD.
- Depending on your chosen method:
- For Credit/Debit Cards: Enter your card details securely.
- For Cryptocurrencies: Scan the QR code using your crypto wallet app.
- For Bank Transfers: Link your bank account or select your preferred local payment method.
- Confirmation
- After entering all necessary information, you might see an on-screen notification to verify your payment details.
- Follow any additional prompts to confirm and complete your deposit.
Here are some important things to remember:
- For first-time deposits or new payment methods, you might receive an email verification request. Follow the instructions to confirm ownership. This applies only to credit card payments.
- Ensure your Excent Capital account is fully verified before making deposits.
- Processing times may vary depending on your chosen method, ranging from near-instant transfers to a few business days.
Withdrawals

- Once logged in, find the “Withdrawal” button, typically located in the top right corner of the platform.
- Click on this button to open the withdrawal options.
- Choose a Withdrawal Method
- Excent Capital provides several options for withdrawing funds:
- Credit Card: Quick and convenient for fast access to your funds.
- Bank Account: Secure method for transferring money directly to your linked bank account.
- Cryptocurrency Wallet: Ideal for those who prefer to receive funds in digital currencies.

- Type in the amount you want to withdraw, making sure it meets the minimum requirement of $50.
- After entering the amount, choose your preferred withdrawal method.
- Submit the Withdrawal Request
- Click the “Submit Withdrawal” button to send your request to the finance team for processing.
- Review and Approval
- Your withdrawal request will be reviewed by Excent Capital’s finance team to ensure accuracy and security.
- Once approved, you will receive an email notification confirming that your withdrawal has been processed successfully.
- The funds will be credited to the withdrawal method you selected.
Here are some additional things to remember:
- Supported Methods: Make sure you choose a withdrawal method that is already linked to your Excent Capital account to avoid any delays.
- Minimum Amount: Remember, the minimum withdrawal amount is $50. Requests below this amount won’t be processed.
- Transparency: We’re committed to transparency throughout the process. You’ll receive email notifications at each stage, keeping you informed about the status of your withdrawal.
Bank Transfer
Your deposits will always be kept in USD in our client’s segregated account. Any bank transfers made to Excent Capital must be made from a bank account registered in the client’s full name, otherwise your funds may be returned to the source of the funds.
Payment methods
There are several ways to deposit funds into your trading account. Some of these methods may incur additional charges. Please note that Excent Capital will not cover any exchange rates charged if you are depositing in a currency that is different to that of your bank funds.
Credit Cards
In order to make it easier to our clients to fund their accounts, we accept credit card deposits. No fees are applied to deposits and once the deposit is accepted, funds should be available in client’s account within seconds.
Client Money Protection
At Excent Capital all of our client’s funds are kept in segregated accounts, totally separated from our company’s account in order to provide the maximum level of safety to our clients funds.
