Yes, we offer micro lots to all of our clients in order to maximize flexibility of trading in our platform. For your reference:

(0.01) MICRO: 1 micro lot is 1,000 units of the base currency
(0.1) MINI: 1 mini lot is 10,000 units of the base currency.
(1.0) STANDARD: 1 standard lot is 100,000 units of the base currency

So in this case, when you are placing a trade in our platform and you see the size of 0.01 is the equivalent to 1 micro lot.

If you see 0.1 is the equivalent to 1 mini lot.

And finally, if you place a trade of 1.00 it is the equivalent of a full lot (standard lot).

For Proof of Identity, a copy of valid passport or other official identification document issued by authorities of your country (e.g. driver’s license, identity card, etc). The identification document must contain the client’s full name, an issue or expiry date, date of birth or tax identification number and the client’s signature.For proof of address, a recent copy of any utility bill (e.g. electricity, gas, water, phone, oil, Internet and/or cable TV connection, bank account statement) under your own name and dated within the last 6 months and confirming your registered address. Alternatively, a bank statement is also acceptable under client`s/applicant`s name.

All of the above because we operate with high standards and KYC (Know your client) policy.

If you want to update any details of your account with us you can send an email to support@excent.capital from your registered email address requesting our team to update your for example, your address, attaching the new proof of address for the new address and we will do so.

In the case you want to update your email address, you can always simply send an email to support@excent.capital from your registered email address, requesting our team to update your email address to your new one.

Deposits are allowed and accepted via Credit Cards and Bank Transfers, and you can use both ways to deposit funds in your account.

As soon as you open a trading account, you can log in to our Members Area, select a payment method of your preference on the Deposits/Withdrawal pages, and follow the given instructions. Withdrawals are always processed via bank transfers to your preferred bank.

We can receive deposits in any currency and we will automatically convert the currency used to make the payment to the base currency of your account which is USD.
